Run Free Website AuditA reverse IP lookup answers the question “what else is hosted on this server?” Many websites share a single IP address, especially on shared hosting where one machine can serve hundreds or thousands of unrelated domains. Enter an IP address, or just a domain (we resolve it live for you), and the tool lists the websites known to point at the same address, alongside the address's reverse DNS hostname, network owner, ASN and country.
Reverse IP data is useful for spotting shared hosting and noisy neighbours, investigating whether a suspicious site is part of a larger group hosted together, checking which of your own domains share a server, and understanding why a shared IP landed on a blocklist. We are upfront about how it works: DNS only maps names to IPs, so the domain list can't be generated live. It comes from a free passive-DNS dataset and is therefore incomplete by nature, while the IP, reverse DNS and network owner are verified live. Addresses that belong to a CDN such as Cloudflare front thousands of unrelated customers, so those lists are flagged as low-signal.
Passive-DNS datasets only contain what they have observed. New, low-traffic or recently moved domains may not have been seen yet.
No. Sharing an IP address is not a ranking penalty by itself. It matters mostly for email deliverability and if a neighbouring site gets the shared IP blocklisted.
CDNs put thousands of customers behind the same edge addresses, so the list reflects the CDN, not where any one site is really hosted.
